Leggo recensioni un po’ cattive Se c’è stato un malinteso può capitare ma inviare feedback negative a persone che lavorano bene dalla mattina alla sera mi sembra molto esagerato. I have been going to Katia for several months now for the gel or reconstruction. I have changed many centers, but everything is always perfect and on time! I read some bad reviews If there has been a misunderstanding it can happen but sending negative feedback to people who work well from morning to night seems to me very exaggerated.

Io dovevo fare un refil gel e mia madre una manicure con smalto normale. Scrivo un messaggio e mi viene fissato un appuntamento per martedì 10 agosto alle ore 10 (vedi foto). Arriviamo all'orario stabilito e all'inizio non trovava il nostro appuntamento, dopodiché la ragazza ci dice che non aveva abbastanza tempo per fare entrambe. Noi un po' stupite le diciamo che ci era stato confermato per entrambe. La ragazza continua a dire che non ha tempo e quindi senza darmi alcuna soluzione alternativa si dichiara disponibile a fare solo mia madre. E quindi io vado via molto amareggiata. Quando mia madre finisce il suo trattamento le viene detto frettolosamente che lo smalto era asciutto e che poteva andare. Ma appena uscita dal negozio si accorge che lo smalto si sbecca completamente, quindi NON ERA ASCIUTTO! Mia madre decide di tornare nel negozio per farselo sistemare ma le viene detto, ancora una volta, che non c'era tempo e solo dopo una certa insistenza da parte di mia madre le viene restituito l'importo del trattamento. Siamo molto deluse! Fate attenzione quando prendete appuntamenti verificate di averlo confermato per evitare spiacevoli episodi. I recommend this beauty center for the skill of the nail technician. I decide to make an appointment for me and my mother. I had to do a gel refill and my mother a normal nail polish manicure. I write a message and an appointment is set for Tuesday 10 August at 10 (see photo). We arrive at the appointed time and at first she couldn't find our appointment, after which the girl tells us that she didn't have enough time to do both. We are a little surprised and tell her that it had been confirmed for both of us. The girl continues to say that she has no time and therefore without giving me any alternative solution she declares herself available to do only my mother. And so I go away very embittered. When my mother finishes her treatment she is hastily told that the nail polish was dry and that it could go. But as soon as she leaves the shop she notices that the enamel is completely chipped, so it WAS NOT DRY! My mother decides to go back to the shop to have it fixed but she is told, once again, that there was no time and only after some insistence on my mother's part is the amount of the treatment refunded. We are very disappointed! Be careful when making appointments make sure you have confirmed it to avoid unpleasant episodes.
