Il peggio del peggio. P	Paolo147 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciate perdere. Ho trovato il loro numero sul sito FAAC nel quale sono presenti come assistenza tecnica ufficiale. La ditta che mi ha installato l'automazione ha chiuso e ho chiamato ITGE per avere assistenza su un cancello bloccato ma a quanto pare servono subito SOLO gli impianti che hanno fatto loro. Altrimenti ti mettono in coda e ti dicono che devi aspettare almeno un mese (!!!) [con il cancello fermo, ovviamente]. Non riesco a capire cosa ci sia di "ufficiale" in un'assistenza del genere. Di sicuro di "ufficiale" c'è la scarsa professionalità... Forget it. I found their number on the FAAC website where they are present as official technical assistance. The company that installed the automation for me closed and I called ITGE for assistance on a blocked gate but apparently ONLY the systems they made are needed immediately. Otherwise they put you in line and tell you that you have to wait at least a month (!!!) [with the gate stopped, of course]. I can't understand what is "official" about assistance like this. Certainly the "official" is the lack of professionalism ...
