F	Federica Tortolani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un'auto presso questo rivenditore circa tre mesi fa. Una settimana dopo averla presa ha iniziato a darmi problemi su problemi. Loro hanno provveduto a riparare il motore ma nonostante questo la macchina continua a darmi grossi problemi e la maggior parte di questi tre mesi l'ho lasciata da vari meccanici. Mi è stata venduta con i dischi e le pasticche completamente usarati, due ruote posteriori usurate . Il ruotino di scorta bucato e impianto GPL non adeguato alla macchina tanto che non posso usarla a GPL. Voto è zero nemmeno uno. Esperienza completamente negativa. I purchased a car from this dealer about three months ago. A week after taking it she started giving me trouble over problems. They have repaired the engine but despite this the car continues to give me big problems and most of these three months I have left it by various mechanics. It was sold to me with completely worn discs and pads, two worn rear wheels. The spare wheel with laundry and LPG system is not suitable for the machine so much so that I cannot use it on LPG. Vote is zero not even one. Completely negative experience.

F	Francesco De Angelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venditore cortese e gentile, ma non molto sincero, mi ha esposto un solo difetto ma ne erano presenti tanti altri e sicuramente ne era consapevole. Il "meccanico" meglio faccia altro 13/01/2020 fino ad oggi ho speso 5500 euro di riparazioni tutto documentato con fatture, e non ho ancora finito, ho preso "na sola" Sono possati 2 anni e ancora non ho finito di spendere, ricominciamo con problemi elettronici "anomalia cambio" e mancati avviamenti, sono 2 giorni che non parte, qualche mese fa motorino di avviamento nuovo, non posso buttarla mi è costata il triplo di quello che la ho pagata!!!! è da considerare che è una macchina di quartiere, percorso casa bambini a scuola e supermercato e comunque i miei soldi erano buoni Seller courteous and kind, but not very sincere, he exposed me only one defect but there were many others and he was certainly aware of it. Mi è stata consegnata una macchina con le luci posteriori fulminate (uno stop una luce di posizione ed il porta targa) ed ho fatto il viaggio Civitavecchia Pescara, il computer di bordo non funzionava perché necessitava di un semplice aggiornamento, e la carta di circolazione sono riuscita ad averla, dopo svariate telefonate e dopo 4 mesi. Non consiglio il Vs autosalone per questi semplici dettagli, che per quanto mi riguarda fanno la differenza. Non ho parlato di altro. Cordialità Grazie della Sua disponibilità, ma come mi sono pagato la raccomandata per la spedizione della carta di circolazione, mi sono pagato anche le luci rotte ed aggiornato il computer di BORDO, COSE CHE DOVEVATE FARE VOI SECONDO ME. Non parlo di soldi, quelli vanno e vengono, ma parlo di PROFESSIONALITÀ, che dal mio punto di vista non meritava neanche 1 stella, se possiamo dare un metro di giudizio. Ma 1 è il minimo. Ps: non ho potuto avvisarvi la sera e Vi giuro che avrei voluto, perché mi avete BLOCCATO su WhatsApp, e alle 22.00 siete chiusi; di conseguenza ho preferito non perdere più tempo con chi mi ritiene un NON buon cliente. La macchina sono riuscito a prenderla in una settimana pur con diversi problemi sull'assicurabilità, ma ho trovato sempre l'aiuto della segreteria con Cristina e Giorgia sempre pronte a darmi il loro aiuto in tempo reale. Per adesso nulla da eccepire, ora c'è da attendere i documenti definitivi e lo sviluppo nel tempo della vettura che per adesso è strepitosa. Per non parlare di Angelo, paziente e preciso nello spiegare ogni segreto della vettura. Unico neo il titolare che sulla trattabilità è un osso duro, ma fa bene il suo mestiere. Le premesse per mantenere le mie 5 stelle ci sono tutte. Per adesso Grazie. Purtroppo a distanza di un anno mi trovo a modificare molto il mio giudizio. Pur restando positivo nelle fasi di compravendita, ho avuto un problema meccanico alla vettura ancora in garanzia, ma ho scoperto che la garanzia è gestita da una società terza, che riesce molto abilmente ad aggirare i propri doveri.
