★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adriano Olivetti vide per un periodo un calo di produttivita', un aumento delle malattie e degli infortuni ma soprattutto continui problemi gestionali. Analizzato il problema, lo risolse sostituendo qualche dirigente dimostratosi arrogante, incompetente e incapace. Piu' semplicemente, non all'altezza del suo ruolo appunto di "dirigere".
Ecco, quando la proprieta' fara' la stessa analisi forse sara' troppo tardi. Invece che pensare a comprare ville agli amici e costruire capannoni, dovrebbe pensare che qualcuno quel lavoro dovra' pur farlo.
Ma se lo fa diretto appunto da pseudo dirigenti che non pensano ad altro che agli obiettivi e ai benefit, non pensano ad altro che scaricare i problemi invece di risolverli e trasformano la loro ignoranza in arroganza, e' inevitabile la recente ricerca di nuovi autisti.
Vista la recente ricerca di personale non posso che pensare quando millantavate file fuori dalla porta, millantavate pile di cv...e ora dove sono tutti quegli autisti?!
Quindi dato che non contano le competenze ma chi conosci e quanto sai adularlo, dato che non conta quanto sei disponibile tanto lo stipendio cambia poco e non conta quanto sai risolvere i problemi ma quanto sai schivarli, SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI LAVORARE CON QUESTA AZIENDA.
Adriano Olivetti saw a decline in productivity for a period, an increase in illnesses and injuries but above all continuous management problems. So since skills don't count but who you know and how much you know how to flatter him, since it doesn't matter how much you are available so much the salary changes little and it doesn't matter how much you know how to solve problems but how much you know how to dodge them, I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY.
