★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto una semplice informazione per la centralina di un impianto installato da loro e mi è stato risposto che era troppo vecchia e che non c'era nessun tecnico che potesse aiutarmi a risolvere il piccolo ma importante problema (??), che poi per fortuna, non so come, si è risolto in seguito da solo. Ho chiesto allora se ci fosse un manuale e non c'era neppure quello (!). Di fatto, nessuna assistenza. Mi hanno solo fatto un preventivo per...un impianto nuovo. E' un po' come se avendo un problema alla frizione dell'auto il concessionario, anziché darle un'occhiata e riparare se necessario, mi facesse il preventivo per l'auto nuova.
I asked for a simple information for the control unit of a system installed by them and I was told that it was too old and that there was no technician who could help me solve the small but important problem (??), which fortunately I don't know how, it was solved later by itself. I asked then if there was a manual and there wasn't even one (!). In fact, no assistance. They just made me a quote for ... a new plant. It is a bit like if the dealer had a clutch problem instead of looking at it and repairing it if necessary, he would quote me the new car.
