La sensazione è quella di non essere graditi. Anche per quelle poche informazioni che ho ricevuto non ho avuto la minima soddisfazione. Sconsigliato.

E' la seconda volta che lavoro con loro, sono molto soddisfatto sia del prodotto che dell'assistenza in fase di preventivo, produzione e installazione in cantiere e post vendita. Molto precisi e puntuali, si capisce subito che sono un' azienda e non una piccola falegnameria.
As an architect, I recommend it. It is the second time that I have worked with them, I am very satisfied with both the product and the assistance in the estimate phase, production and installation on site and after sales. Very precise and punctual, it is immediately clear that I am a company and not a small carpentry.

Mi sono recato presso lo showroom (avevo chiamato, ma non mi hanno ricontattato ed ero senza appuntamento...ma ero in zona),ho chiesto informazioni per una porta blindata.Mi hanno detto che per una sola porta era meglio mi rivolgersi al Brico, perché loro ,essendo una grande azienda non hanno tempo da perdere per una porta singola! E pensare che avevo l'intenzione di far fare anche i serramenti. Probabilmente hanno troppo lavoro! Di sicuro a chi mi chiederà dirò di rivolgersi altrove...magari al Brico! Probabilmente lavora meglio, di sicuro sono più cortesi.
If you could I would give 0 stars !!! Not recommended !!! I went to the showroom (I had called, but they did not contact me and I was without an appointment ... but I was in the area), I asked for information for a security door. They told me that for only one door it was better to contact the Brico , because they, being a large company, have no time to waste on a single door! And to think that I had the intention of having the windows made too. They probably have too much work! For sure, if you ask me, I will tell you to go elsewhere ... maybe at Brico! They probably work better, for sure they are more courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco il periodo e capisco i tempi di consegna per rifacimento completo infissi ed ante ( 6/8 mesi da ordine) ..
ma a distanza 4 mesi dall'appuntamento presso showroom nonostante numerose mail e telefonate nessuno si è degnato di trasmettere il preventivo . Palese non siano interessati al privato ma si rivolgano a grandi lavori . Sarebbe bastato dirlo quando li ho chiamati per richiedere appuntamento, avremmo risparmiato tempo e denaro . perchè cosi come il loro tempo è prezioso altrettanto lo è per gli altri !

I understand the period and I understand the delivery times for complete renovation of windows and doors (6/8 months from order).
but after 4 months from the appointment at the showroom, despite numerous emails and phone calls, no one deigned to send the quote. Obviously they are not interested in the private sector but turn to large jobs. It would have been enough to say this when I called them to request an appointment, we would have saved time and money. because just as their time is precious, it is also precious for others!
1 star because none is impossible
