★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto fare un semplice lavoro di due pannelli rettangolari. Nella sua semplicità lavoro non fatto con cura, finiture grossolane e imprecise. Poco disponibile. Per nulla propositivo. Da sconsigliare assolutamente. Anche costoso. Conclusione: rivolgetevi altrove.
 I did a simple job of two rectangular panels. In its simplicity work not done with care, coarse and imprecise finishes. Little available. For nothing purposeful. To be discouraged absolutely. Also expensive. Conclusion: ask yourself elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, mi chiamo Piero da qualche anno "10" collaboro con la ITALPLEX che ormai e diventato il mio fornitore ufficiale sul territorio piemontese poiiche' io lavoro da aosta, dove gestisco una rete di clienti abbastanza pignoli su tutti gli aspetti tecnici e pretendono il massimo della qualita', devo dire che l'azienda risponde bene su tutti i fronti e anche ha qualsiasi richiesta, sono ben forniti sia a livello di materiale sempre in giacenza in casa anche su elevati spessori e anche di lastre colorate, fornisco alla mia clientela delle scatole in plexiglass con incollagi u.v di una eccellente qualita, non che altre lavorazioni 'negli ultimi anni data la nuova gestione l'azienda ha inserito un nuovo parco macchine all'avanguardia con 2 tagli laser una fresa a controllo e dei torni per le lavorazioni meccaniche, durante questa pandemia anche se presi d'assalto sono sempre stati puntuali nelle consegne se possono offrono anche il servizio di consegna a domicilio, l'elevata esperienza porta l'azienda secondo il mio punto di vista ad ottenere piu' di 5 stelle, i prezzi sono nella media ed a volte contenuti rispetto ad altri, sono pienamente soddisfatto la nostra collaborazione va avanti da 10 anni, grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consegnamo del materiale a fine marzo 2018 che doveva essere lavorato la settimana seguente come da accordi con il titolare.
Questi in seguito ci informa di un problema alla macchina che dovrebbe utilizzare e rimanda la lavorazione a data da definirsi.
La settimana successiva fa delle rimostranze sul prezzo pattuito da lui stesso e ci riconsegna il materiale dopo più di 10 giorni, non tanto per il prezzo ma per l'impossibilità di fare il lavoro per via di problemi tecnici.
Nonostante la cosa ci abbia creato un enorme ritardo consideriamo il comportamento in buona fede.
Contattato in seguito per altre lavorazioni a prova della nostra disponibilità, non risponde alle comunicazioni.
Quando gli si chiede di aver l'educazione di rispondere perlomeno e manifestare l'interesse a proseguire i rapporti oppure no, il nostro responsabile viene più volte insultato e minacciato di essere malmenato alla prima buona occasione.
Colpevole solo di aver fatto notare che i prezzi sono stati stabiliti da lui.
Allibiti dal comportamento del titolare ci troviamo alla fine di questa avventura lavorativa a chiedere consulenza ad un legale ed a preparare un esposto per i carabinieri al fine di tutelare la sicurezza dei nostri addetti. Diffidiamo pubblicamente questa azienda tramite il titolare e/o altri a proseguire con il suo comportamento intimidatorio nei nostri confronti sia con i telefoni aziendali che con altri numeri come già accaduto.

Shocked by the conduct of the owner, we find ourselves at the end of this working adventure asking for advice from a lawyer and preparing a complaint for the carabinieri in order to protect the safety of our employees. We publicly distrust this company through the owner and / or others to continue with its intimidating behavior towards us both with company phones and with other numbers as already happened.
