★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto su Facebook e sentito altri colleghi che è vostra prassi normale non rispondere alle email e alle pec, in maniera tale da rinnovare i contratti in modo tacito consenso anche se il cliente non vuole. Non rispondete mai ad un numero di telefono e fate chiamare dall' estero... Per me siete solo l' ennesima grande truffa legalizzata.
I have seen on Facebook and heard other colleagues that it is your normal practice not to reply to emails and pecs, in such a way as to renew contracts in a tacit consent even if the customer does not want to. Never answer a phone number and have someone call from abroad ... For me you are just the umpteenth big legalized scam.
