D	Donato Curtotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla mia prima visita in questo negozio. 1)Sono stato accolto celermente nonostante il commesso stava già servendo. 2) Una seconda commessa di nome Rebecca, è intervenuta immediatamente e mi ha consigliato con competenza. 3) Dopo aver scelto il modello di occhiali, la signora Rebecca mi ha fatto accomodare ad un desk per continuare la trattativa fornendomi tutte le spiegazioni fino al conclusivo pagamento, comodamente seduto. Non mi sono state offerte modalità di pagamento personalizzate, ma dopo averne fatto espressa richiesta ho incontrato immediata disponibilità. 4) Al mio commiato, sono stato salutato gentilmente dalla assistente a cui si sono aggiunti i saluti di tutti gli altri commessi. 5) Il negozio appariva molto pulito ed ordinato. Impressioni conclusive: Entrando in questo negozio ho avuto da subito l'impressione di essere al centro dell'attenzione di tutto il personale. Il colloquio è stato molto fluido e gradevole. Ho trovato un ambiente professionale ed accogliente. Tornerei volentieri in questo punto vendita. On my first visit to this shop. 1) I was greeted quickly even though the clerk was already serving. 2) A second saleswoman named Rebecca intervened immediately and advised me competently. 3) After choosing the model of glasses, Mrs. Rebecca made me sit at a desk to continue the negotiation by providing me with all the explanations until the final payment, comfortably seated. I was not offered customized payment methods, but after having made an express request, I was immediately available. 4) At my farewell, I was kindly greeted by the assistant to which the greetings of all the other clerks were added. 5) The shop looked very clean and tidy. Concluding impressions: Entering this shop I immediately had the impression of being the center of attention of all the staff. The interview was very smooth and pleasant.
