Ho portato vecchi occhiali e con essi anche le mie croniche problematiche visive, la "commessa" che mi ha seguito e fatto la visita è stata davvero brava precisa e paziente. Ho seguito il suo consiglio e dopo una settimana ( per via delle particolarità delle lenti ) sonno arrivati gli occhiali nuovi : perfetti! I brought old glasses and with them also my chronic visual problems, the "saleswoman" who followed me and made the visit was really good, precise and patient. I followed his advice and after a week (due to the peculiarities of the lenses) I got the new glasses: perfect! Highly recommended

Ho comprato ben 3 paia di occhiali e la consegna è stata rapidissima; in 1 ora dalla scelta della montatura ho ricevuto gli occhiali. Anche i tempi di attesa per essere serviti sono stati davvero minimi, considerando anche che nel negozio c'è sempre un po' di gente (e questo la dice già lunga sulla qualità del negozio). Ilaria è stata bravissima: mi ha seguito passo passo nella scelta degli occhiali, presentandomi modelli che si addicevano perfettamente al mio gusto ed è stata estremamente disponibile, senza mettere alcuna fretta nella scelta. Sono quasi certo che Italianoptic sia in assoluto uno dei migliori negozi di ottica in bergamasca e non solo. Italianoptic is always a certainty of absolute quality, both in customer service and in the products offered. I bought 3 pairs of glasses and the delivery was very fast; in 1 hour from the choice of the frame I received the glasses. Waiting times to be served were also very minimal, also considering that there are always a few people in the shop (and this already says a lot about the quality of the shop). Ilaria was very good: she followed me step by step in the choice of glasses, presenting me models that perfectly suited my taste and she was extremely helpful, without putting any hurry in the choice. I am almost certain that Italianoptic is by far one of the best optical shops in Bergamo and beyond.

Una volta in negozio ho aspettato al massimo 5 minuti, sono stati precisi. Infine ho dovuto comprare un paio di occhiali, mi hanno fatto vedere un sacco di modelli spiegandomi dettagliatamente le differenza tra di essi. In cassa hanno spesso diversi tipi di sconti. I called to make an appointment for a checkup and it took just a few days. Once in the shop I waited 5 minutes at the most, they were accurate. Finally I had to buy a pair of glasses, they showed me a lot of models explaining the differences between them in detail. At the cashier they often have different types of discounts.
