★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je sais même pas s’ils méritent une étoile, pour être honnête j’ai commander 17 février nous sommes le 22 mars toujours rien reçu, sur leur sites avant la commande il été mentionné 2-3 semaine maximum.
Ne réponde pas de façon honnête, ne communique aucun numéro de suivie ne communique aucun nom d’entreprise de transporteur. Je peux comprendre que la guerre peut avoir des impacts et que c’est pas une situation facile mais pour cette entreprise italienne cela et devenu une excuse.
En tous cas cette semaine pour ma part dernier délais je souhaiterais me faire rembourser si je n’est rien d’ici vendredi.
Sachant que à cause d’eux j’ai bloquer plusieurs jour de mon travail, j’ai immobiliser des personnes pour effectuées la pose et que je suis toujours pas livrée je ne sais quoi répondre à ces personnes.
Et à cette heure je me pose la question de leur fiabilité.
Donc si vous compter commencer votre carrelage 3 mois après ma commande ne compter pas sur eux.

Does not answer honestly, does not communicate any tracking number does not communicate any carrier company name. I can understand that war can have impacts and that it is not an easy situation, but for this Italian company it has become an excuse.
In any case this week for my part last deadline I would like to be reimbursed if I am nothing by Friday.
Knowing that because of them I blocked several days of my work, I immobilized people to do the pose and that I am still not delivered I don't know what to answer to these people.
And at this time I wonder about their reliability.
So if you plan to start your tiling 3 months after my order, don't count on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben unsere Badfliesen auf Empfehlung bei Italian Gres bestellt. Mit den Fliesen und deren Preis sind wir sehr zufrieden. Auch der Kundendienst ist sehr lobenswert. Unsere erste Lieferung war nämlich verschwunden und nach langem hin und her und sehr intensiven Bemühungen des Kundendienstes haben wir nun eine express Nachlieferung bekommen. Trotz des Transportfehlers würde ich jeder Zeit wieder bei ItalianGres bestellen.
We ordered our bathroom tiles from Italian Gres on recommendation. We are very satisfied with the tiles and their price. Customer service is also very commendable. Our first delivery had disappeared and after a long back and forth and very intensive efforts by customer service, we have now received an express delivery. Despite the transport error, I would order from ItalianGres again at any time.

Mais carrelage de mauvaise qualité très fragile provient d’Inde on nous dit carreaux marbre que pendant la commande ils le découpait c’est pour ça que ça prenait du temps mais je pense que c’est de l’imitation franchement ils ont beau être sympathique ils vendent quand même de la mauvaise qualité. Je suis très déçu d’avoir commandé.
First 23 tiles received chipped, after several attempts we were refunded.
But very fragile poor quality tiles come from India we are told marble tiles that during the order they cut it that's why it took time but I think it's imitation frankly they may be nice they still sell poor quality. I am very disappointed to have ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: now 3 weeks later I have finally received the tiles. The team of Italiangres is very polite and professional. The tiles look excellent!
Beside the forementioned topic with the voucher and the long delivery time I was surprised that the tiles are not Made in Italy like mentioned on the website product data sheet. The package states Made in Spain.
The problem with the voucher has been solved. I could place the order and I got at least part of the sample order refunded.
It would be good to inform with the voucher that there is a minimum order value of 1000€ to apply the voucher.
Anyway, I appreciate the help of Arianna and look forward to receive the shipment.
