Siamo senza gas da 5 giorni e nessuno fa nulla. 5000 famiglie senza gas e i loro operatori rispondono con copia e incolla “c’è un guasto, oggi passerà qualcuno a sistemare tutto”.
Gente del genere meriterebbe la galera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non solo ci hanno fatto stare un mese senza gas, si rifiutano anche di pagare un risarcimento e in più si rifiutano di stornare alcune bollette dove la lettura è erronea, adducendo che sarebbero stati fatti sconti nelle bollette successive che però non sono mai avvenuti.
