Premetto che la pratica era già fatta perché ci ero stata prima, e mancava solo un documento, quindi sono andata a prenderlo e tornata all'ufficio.
Bad attention from one of the employees as it was 12:10 and the office closed at 13:30. The lady turned badly saying to go somewhere else!
I state that the procedure was already done because I had been there before, and there was only one document missing, so I went to get it and went back to the office.
