★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un trasporto da casa mia a un ospedale a Km 1,6 da casa mia. Per ben tre volte ho telefonato chiedendo di confermare l'orario per venire a prendermi. Il volontario è arrivato con mezz'ora di ritardo e mi sono sorbita le lamentele dei medici per il ritardo, non causato da me. Alle mie rimostranze telefoniche con la segretaria della CRI, mi è stato risposto che devono dare precedenza alle urgenze. Ma dirlo prima no???? Se non siete in grado di garantire il servizio, di fare far fronte alle richieste, lo dovete dire!!!!! Non causare problemi ai pazienti!!!!! Sono tornata a casa dall'ospedale col taxi che ho pagato € 11,00; la CRI per il trasporto con ritardo mi ha fatto avere a mezzo posta un bollettino per € 24,00. MAI PIÙ!!!!
I asked for a transfer from my home to a hospital 1.6 km from my home. Three times I phoned asking to confirm the time to come and pick me up. The volunteer arrived half an hour late and I got through the doctors' complaints about the delay, which was not caused by me. To my telephone complaints with the secretary of the CRI, I was told that they must give priority to emergencies. But say it first right ???? If you are not able to guarantee the service, to meet the requests, you have to say it !!!!! Do not cause problems to patients !!!!! I came home from the hospital by taxi which I paid € 11.00; the CRI for delayed transport sent me a bulletin for € 24.00 by post. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
