Negative, negative, negative ...... bad association to avoid, especially the health area .... never seen volunteers, so rude.

D	Dorina Milesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedi 29/07/2019 ho avuto bisogno dell'ambulanza che dall'ospedale di Treviglio trasferisse mio marito all'Istituto Palazzolo.Cordialità, attenzioni,rassicurazioni,condivisione del momento nostro di trambusto psicologico ci sono state di supporto.Favolosa,stupenda,preparata è stata la volontaria che durante il trasporto ha "distratto" mio marito e indirettamente me, mostrandogli e spiegandogli come era attrezzata l'autoambulanza. Visto che l'ammalato partecipava ed era interessato così facendo, non ha lasciato il posto ad altri pensieri preoccupanti. Assieme agli altri tre colleghi, vorrei rinnovare i miei ringraziamenti: è la signora INTRA Fulvia!!! R	Roberta Moretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente professionali e preparati nel soccorso, ma molto maleducati e inumani nel comportamenti. Non credo che utilizzeremo mai più i Vs. servizi. State alla larga e utilizzate altri, ma non questi qui. Absolutely professional and prepared in the rescue, but very rude and inhuman in behavior. I don't think we will ever use your services again. Stay away and use others, but not these here.

Per 3 motivi: 1) Sono in Sede tutti i giorni e conosco tutti gli operatori, non ne conosco che possano ricevere recensioni così. 2) Sono recensioni davvero forti e pesanti, come è possibile che Volontari che lo fanno con passione nel tempo libero (quando potrebbero fare altro) possano comportarsi così? 3) Recensioni così forti sottolineano il fatto che la persona è veramente arrabbiata...come è possibile che si dia la possibilità di sfogarsi tramite mail per dare spiegazioni e non l'abbia ancora fatto nessuno? NON SARÀ FORSE che ci stiamo ingrandendo e sempre più persone chiamano noi, perché si trovano bene sia economicamente che professionalmente E A QUALCUNO MAGARI DA FASTIDIO? Se davvero fossero recensioni fasulle (e ne sono sicuro al 90%) chiedo a questi geni del marketing di giocare onestamente e provare a fare meglio di noi, invece di diffamare. In ultimo, finora si è riso e scherzato leggendo le recensioni, ma ora basta. Attenzione che la diffamazione è passibile di denuncia. Grazie e sempre Forza CroceRossaBergamo! But all these negative reviews seem somewhat strange to me. For 3 reasons: 1) I am in the office every day and I know all the operators, I don't know who can receive reviews like this. 2) They are really strong and heavy reviews, how is it possible that Volunteers who do it with passion in their free time (when they could do other) can behave like this? 3) Such strong reviews underline the fact that the person is really angry ... how is it possible that he gives himself the opportunity to let off steam by e-mail to give explanations and nobody has done it yet? MAYBE NOT be that we are getting bigger and more and more people are calling us, because they feel good both economically and professionally AND MAYBE SOMEBODY Bother? If they really were bogus reviews (and I'm 90% sure of them) I ask these marketing geniuses to play fair and try to do better than us, instead of defaming. Finally, so far we have laughed and joked reading the reviews, but that's enough. Beware that defamation is subject to denunciation. Thanks and always Forza CroceRossaBergamo!
