Anche il più piccolo commerciante che ha un sito aggiorna l'orario per non fare tribolare la clientela.
On the internet they write open, take the car get off and it is closed in the afternoon for c19.
Even the smallest trader who has a site updates the timetable so as not to make the customers feel troubled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale sembra essere al bar tra amici.. uscito il numero nello sportello, dopo aver aspettato 5 minuti, chiedo alla signora se è possibile eseguire il pagamento del bollettino, ma scocciata mi risponde: “non vedi che sto parlando con la mia collega”. Non stavano parlando di lavoro, bensì di affari di un altro collega.
The staff seems to be at the bar among friends .. after the number appeared in the window, after waiting 5 minutes, I ask the lady if it is possible to pay the bill, but she replies: "you can't see I'm talking to my colleague" . They were not talking about work, but about another colleague's business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale troppo lento, ogni volta so a che ora entro ma non si sa mai a che ora si esce, preferirei quasi di più una notte in galera che un pomeriggio alle poste di Valdagno.
Staff too slow, every time I know what time to go in but you never know what time you leave, I would almost prefer a night in jail more than an afternoon at the Valdagno post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior ufficio postale in Italia. 8 sportelli solo 3 aperti. Gli operatori aumentano la loro lentezza come se lo facessero appositamente. Ufficio strapieno e come bradipi chiudono gli sportelli degli armadietti e impiegano un'eternità a far andare avanti i numeri(140 secondi, oltre 2 min)... sembra quasi lo facciano appositamente.
The worst post office in Italy. 8 doors only 3 open. Operators increase their slowness as if they were doing it on purpose. Office packed and like sloths they close the locker doors and take an eternity to get the numbers going (140 seconds, over 2 min) ... it almost seems they do it on purpose.
