Ogni volta che devo andare in quel posto mi viene il mal di stomaco e il mal umore sapendo che dovrò aver a che fare con loro. Per quanto riguarda le mie pratiche mi dicono sempre di passare in un'altro momento perché gli mette male fare il loro lavoro, fino il giorno che non mi presenterò con i carabinieri! Ha trattato mio padre di 91 anni malissimo ieri davanti a tutti gli altri clienti, mentre si trovava lì semplicemente per chiedere alcune domande . Dovrebbe andare all estero a lavorare così le insegnano come si accoglie gente che le da lavoro tutto L anno...! The manager of this branch is unfriendly not to say rude. F	Fabrizio Santoro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GRAVE DISSERVIZIO In data 28/12/2020 attorno alle ore 13,00 mi reco presso il suddetto ufficio per tentare di riscuotere un buono fruttifero postale. Come è ben noto e come si legge tra le faq del sito di Poste Italiane il servizio è disponibile in TUTTI gli uffici postali di Italia e non solo in quello dove è stato emesso (anche perché sono passati, nel mio caso, 30 anni dall’emissione del buono). Le due impiegate presenti a quell’ora mi dicono che non è possibile effettuare l’operazione e che devo recarmi PER FORZA nell’ufficio che ha emesso il buono. Io faccio notare che non è così e che tra l’altro il 24/12/2020, ovvero quattro giorni prima, ho ritirato in quell’ufficio postale un buono esattamente identico ma senza nessun problema (erano presenti altre due impiegate). Le signore mi dicono nuovamente che non si può fare, non fornendo nessuna spiegazione e dicendo seccate che a loro “si bloccherebbe il computer per 4 giorni”, arrivando addirittura a non rispondere del tutto ignorandomi quando ho ricordato loro, nuovamente, che 4 giorni prima avevo compiuto l’operazione senza problemi in quello stesso ufficio postale. Dopo questa insensata e maleducata “scena muta” mi sono recato in un altro ufficio postale che ha effettuato l’operazione senza alcun tipo di problema, l'impiegata mi ha inoltre specificato che l’operazione è effettuabile in OGNI UFFICIO POSTALE. Non so nell'ufficio di Savona Legino non avessero voglia di effettuare l’operazione o non fossero al corrente delle procedura, in ogni caso si sono dimostrate INCOMPETENTI e MALEDUCATE. SERIOUS DISSERVICE On 28/12/2020 around 1.00 pm I go to the aforementioned office to try to redeem an interest-bearing postal voucher. As is well known and as stated in the faq of the Poste Italiane website, the service is available in ALL post offices in Italy and not only in the one where it was issued (also because, in my case, 30 years have passed since issue of the voucher). The two employees present at that time tell me that it is not possible to carry out the operation and that I MUST GO TO the office that issued the voucher. I point out that this is not the case and that among other things, on 12/24/2020, or four days earlier, I collected an exactly identical voucher from that post office but without any problem (there were two other employees). The ladies tell me again that it cannot be done, not providing any explanation and annoyed saying that they "would freeze the computer for 4 days", even going so far as not to answer completely ignoring me when I reminded them, again, that 4 days before I had completed the operation without problems in that same post office. After this senseless and rude "silent scene" I went to another post office that carried out the operation without any kind of problem, the clerk also specified that the operation can be carried out in ANY POST OFFICE. I do not know in the Savona Legino office they did not want to carry out the operation or were not aware of the procedure, in any case they proved to be INCOMPETENT and RUDE.

La maleducazione e la poca voglia di lavorare sono all'ordine del giorno nello sportello di via Buonarroti. Se si ha il contatto con il pubblico ci vuole un minimo di educazione e gentilezza.... È sempre molto piacevole essere giudicata e criticata dalle impiegate per le operazioni che si vanno a svolgere e soprattutto per le scelte personali di vita. Mi dispiace che Poste Italiane sia ancora un servizio di spedizione, è chiaro che all'azienda interessa molto di più tutto il pacchetto conto corrente, assicurazioni, telefonia. La collega dell'impiegata che mi ha servito questa mattina ha mancato di tatto e gentilezza. Sentire le impiegate sparlare e dire commenti cattivi e velenosi è davvero poco piacevole. Abbiate la decenza di farlo quando il cliente in questione è uscito dall'ufficio, se non avete il coraggio di dire le cose in faccia alle persone.
