★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisognerebbe che Poste Italiane facesse una bella formazione alle persone che si occupano del front office. Trovarsi di fronte ad addetti così maleducati, indisponenti e ad empatia zero ti porta a maledire il genere umano. Solo in caso di apocalisse e solo se rimanesse in piedi questo ufficio mi rivolgerò ad esso per sbrigare le mie pratiche. Non è la prima che il dipendente ha un comportamento maleducato e aggressivo.
That should the Italian Post did a nice training for people who deal with the front office. Being faced with staff so rude, abrupt and zero empathy leads you to curse the human race. Only in case of apocalypse and only if it remained standing this office I will turn to it to attend to my practices. It is not before the employee has a rude and aggressive behavior.
