Di una lentezza esasperante e talmente insofferenti che viene da chiedersi chi lo gestisce come possa tollerare una situazione del genere. E' vergognoso che in un paese ci sia un ufficio postale che molti, se possono, evitano rivolgendosi ad altri paesi limitrofi dove il personale è piu' gentile e piu' svelto. Very rude and incompetent staff. Of an exasperating slowness and so intolerant that one wonders who manages it how it can tolerate such a situation. It is shameful that in a country there is a post office that many, if they can, avoid addressing other neighboring countries where the staff is more friendly and quicker.
B	Benito Spennacchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sentito e mi è stato confermato che le raccomandate non vengono consegnate dal postino, che pur recandosi all'indirizzo del destinatario, non consegna le raccomandate ma bensì, in maniera incomprensibile, non citofona all'intestatario della raccomandata ma lascia l'avviso perché vada poi a ritirarla presso l'ufficio postale. È assurdo ed inaccettabile!!! Perché questo incomprensibile comportamento che genera notevole disagio negli interessati, che spesso sono anziani con seri problemi per poter andare successivamente a ritirare le raccomandate, senza contare i ritardi e difficoltà di locomozione. Ma non è un servizio pagato in anticipo per consegna personale al destinatario? Sarebbe comprensibile se il destinatario fosse assente, ma ho la testimonianza che in entrambe le occasioni si verificata tale inaccettabile azione da parte del postino!!!!! I have heard and confirmed to me that the registered letters are not delivered by the postman, who, although going to the address of the recipient, does not deliver the registered letters but, in an incomprehensible way, does not intercom to the registered letter holder but leaves the notice because it goes then to pick it up at the post office. It is absurd and unacceptable !!! Because this incomprehensible behavior that generates considerable discomfort in the interested parties, who are often elderly with serious problems in order to be able to go later to collect the registered letters, without counting the delays and difficulty of locomotion. But isn't a service paid in advance for personal delivery to the recipient? It would be understandable if the recipient was absent, but I have the testimony that on both occasions this unacceptable action by the postman occurred !!!!!
