★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi tocca dare 1 stella perché 0 non si può mettere. Da dove cominciare staff scortese, rispondono al telefono per miracolo e quando lo fanno sono sbrigativi e non spiegano bene, fila di 10/20 persone e sono aperti solo due sportelli. Per non parlare poi dei clienti/amici/familiari che ovviamente saltano la fila e fanno perdere tempo agli altri in attesa perché devono chiacchierare. Per poter fare un'operazione di 5 minuti contati bisogna aspettare mezza giornata. Un lavoratore non può perdere così tanto tempo se loro non vogliono lavorare. Assolutamente mai più.
 I have to give 1 star because 0 can't be put. Where to start rude staff, they answer the phone by a miracle and when they do they are hasty and do not explain well, row of 10/20 people and only two branches are open. Not to mention customers / friends / family members who obviously skip the line and waste time waiting on others because they have to chat. To be able to do a 5 minute counted operation you have to wait half a day. A worker cannot waste so much time if they don't want to work. Absolutely never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale svogliato e scortese.Per avere 10 francobolli per spedire in Europa bisogna aspettare 5 giorni perché il responsabile non c'è.
Listless and rude staff. To have 10 stamps to send to Europe you have to wait 5 days because the manager is not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vero che non rispondono mai al telefono. La cortesia dipende molto dall'impiegato/a col quale si capita e, ovviamente, in che modo ci si rivolge ad esso/a. In tempi di Covid l' aspetto positivo è che l'ufficio è spazioso e ha soffitti alti, c'è un buon ricambio d'aria. Se il totem per prendere il numero è fuori uso, come è capitato, difficile farlo riattivare.
True, they never answer the phone. Courtesy depends a lot on the employee you are with and, of course, in what way you address him / her. In times of Covid the positive aspect is that the office is spacious and has high ceilings, there is a good air exchange. If the totem to get the number is out of order, as it happened, it is difficult to reactivate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non funziona nulla, ho la terza dose da 1 mese, uso il mio Green Pass ovunque e funziona bene, ma qui no. e quella persona che lavora qui, senza capelli, è molto molto maleducato.
nothing works, I have the third dose for 1 month, I use my Green Pass everywhere and it works fine, but not here. and that person who works here, with no hair, is very very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. il peggior personale di sempre tra tutti i dipartimenti di questa città.
2. Personale estremamente anziano che non ti guiderebbe mai e non ti capirebbe mai correttamente.
3. Le poste che si comportano in modo molto avventato con gli stranieri.
4. Perdere sempre le consegne, non partecipare alle chiamate e non fornire alcuna soluzione ai clienti soprattutto stranieri.
5. Non usarlo mai a meno che non sia necessario

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been more times in the post office than my University lessons. I have had a big problem with my delivers, because probably you have to be a post office to deliver packages and this is probably not a post office. The have sended back 3 to 4 of my delivers within a day, they lost one package track and this is the most rediculus "post office" i have ever seen in the world.
