Chiamo il giorno prima parlo con un certo Giovanni e chiedo se e come fare una postepay evolution business e mi dice di venire e che posso farla allo sportello (strano in quanto sul sito delle poste vi è chiaramente scritto di prendere appuntamento con un consulente)
Dunque il giorno dopo mi reco in posta e dopo un ora di fila in tempi di covid mi viene detto da una collega del Sig Giovanni (troppo impegnato per venire quantomeno a scusarsi) che bisogna andare alla centrale e parlare con un consulente.

I call the day before I talk to a certain Giovanni and ask if and how to do a postepay evolution business and he tells me to come and that I can do it at the counter (strange as on the post office site it is clearly written to make an appointment with a consultant)
So the next day I go to the post office and after an hour in a row in times of covid I am told by a colleague of Mr. Giovanni (too busy to come at least to apologize) that we must go to the central and speak to a consultant.

Bad, any single queue operation, to collect a registered letter it took two hours while for that service we were only 2 in the queue
