I give a star because I can't give less. Every time I set foot in these places (and UNFORTUNATELY it often happens) there is always something wrong. In particular, I have some beautiful anecdotes to tell. 1) I am going to ship a vinted package. The clerk slams the package on the table and says "Now Vinted too! Don't you put it on? The first employee takes my package (banging it) and throws it in a box with other packages. I am shocked. 2) I'm going to send a fold of books. I find the same employee of the first time who refuses to take the package because "The fold of books must be opened for postal inspection". I go to the post office in Corso Mazzini and they accept the package without any kind of problem. 3) I go back to the post office for another fold of books and the very nice employee (another) explains to me that they cannot accept closed packages but that she would help me in piercing the package for postal inspection. However, I would like to point out that in corso Mazzini they accepted it but I accept the help of the employee who was very friendly. Next week I come back for another fold of books and catch the first employee. She too repeats to me about the package to be pierced. To which I explain that her colleague, the time before, had given me a hand. Answer "No, for me you do it at home alone!" and in the background, the colleague next door, burst out laughing and says "I would like to see!". 4) I go for a Postepay. 40 minutes in a row (three consecutive times) to be told that it is not convenient because they give the Postepay but the pin "will arrive later, we do not know when". SAYING THAT THE SERVICE IS BAD IS GIVING YOU A COMPLIMENT. BAD. AND BAD STAFF. TWO ARE SAVED.

as always, even today they are confirmed as the worst post office in Livorno (I don't know if Pisa or this center is worse). being the only one open in the afternoon, I occasionally go there, but today was certainly the last time. Starting from the fact that I had few numbers in front of me, I was in a line for 45 minutes. after this delivery they did not send me a package (which I do quite often without problems) advising me to do it with a courier ........ INCOMPETENT !!! worse than navarre, joints and company. I RECOMMEND this place for those who do not have a wank and want to waste an hour ... otherwise, clean environment, the building is very nice and the chairs quite comfortable.

In all honesty I never thought I'd put a 5-star review on Poste Italiane, but the Lady who follows the succession in this office is truly fantastic!
