Rispondere al telefono e' anch' esso un servizio molto importante, specialmente per chi chiama dai paesi viciniori ed aspetta di ricevere lettere importanti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo in Lombardia da 20 anni e quest anno ho trovato alla posta di Licata molta gentilezza e cortesia. I dipendenti gentili sono i giovani, poi ci sta sempre quella bionda che fuma in un posto pubblico e sparla a tutti i clienti.
Che vadano in pensione i veterani! Spazio ai giovani.
I have been living in Lombardy for 20 years and this year I found a lot of kindness and courtesy at the Licata post office. The kind employees are the young, then there is always that blonde who smokes in a public place and sparla to all the customers.
Let the veterans retire! Space for young people.
