★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio postale un po' scarso, avuto che fare una volta, il servizio è stato lento e fornito con poca cura. Per dirla tutta, il personale merita l'Oscar degli scazzati, sembra che abbiano deciso di tirare a campare fino alla pensione, ritmi esasperatamente lenti, da affaticati, urgono interventi per iniezioni di brio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che entro il questa filiale: personale con zero preparazione per quanto riguarda le modalità di consegna carta per reddito di cittadinanza e soprattutto scortese. Sono una cliente che ha aspettato il proprio turno e che ha chiesto con gentilezza ed educazione delle informazioni: l' impiegata allo sportello che non era in grado di fornire delle risposte ha chiamato un'altra collega che presuppongo sostuisse il direttore assente e questa scortesissima impiegata mi ha detto di tornare i primi di maggio quando avrei trovato il direttore e altrettanto scortesemente non mi invitava ma mi "mandava" in un altro ufficio postale.......Inutile dire che sono io che decido dove andare e che non tollerò questa mancanza di professionalità ed educazione
First time by this subsidiary: staff with zero preparation as regards the method of paper delivery for citizen's income and especially rude. I am a customer who has waited his turn and asked with courtesy and propriety of information: the 'employed at the counter who was not able to provide answers called another colleague who I assume sostuisse the absent manager and used this scortesissima He told me to return in early May when I found the manager and just as rudely did not invite me but I "sent" to another post office ....... Needless to say, I decide where to go and not tolerated this lack of professionalism and education

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente il personale si è ringiovanito un po'!! Dopo anni di attesa e di code su code sono entrata stamattina e ho trovato con mio stupore un ragazzo giovane che oltre ad essere gentilissimo ha saputo rispondere alla mia richiesta in un attimo.
