In riferimento al commento di "itsbrendadem", certamente avrà sbagliato persona se non proprio ufficio, perché il dipendente in questione, Rossana, non solo è disponibile e gentile e paziente anche con chi non se lo merita, ma è anche la tipica persona che ti aiuta anche al di fuori dell'ufficio.
