Office always with a single operator at the counter, endless and endless files. For any payment you need to contact private individuals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi biblici per fare qualsiasi operazione o chiedere qualsiasi informazione. Personale molto sottodimensionato (ringraziamo POSTE ITALIANE per questo) e ahimè in parte inefficiente. Consegne a domicilio spesso sbagliate e in ritardo (in questo caso non è tutta colpa loro ma dei numeri civici che ancora non sono stati aggiornati). Insomma, mi duole dirlo ma il servizio è scadente e assolutamente non in linea con i livelli minimi di efficienza che dovrebbero essere garantiti al cittadino (soprattutto nel 2020).
Biblical times to do any operation or ask for any information. Very underpowered staff (we thank POSTE ITALIANE for this) and alas in part inefficient. Often wrong and late home deliveries (in this case it is not all their fault but the house numbers that have not yet been updated). In short, I am sorry to say this but the service is poor and absolutely not in line with the minimum levels of efficiency that should be guaranteed to the citizen (especially in 2020).
