prendono pause quando vogliono prendono pure il caffe la gente fuori che aspeta in fila due ore e sono mal educate.
Bad service.stay 2 hours with one person
they take breaks when they want, people outside who wait in line for two hours and are ill-mannered take coffee as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte un'impiegata maleducata,arrogante e indisponente ( non capisco cosa le ho fatto per essere trattata sempre con i piedi) il resto del personale e' gentile e professionale .
Apart from a rude, arrogant and annoying employee (I don't understand what I did to her to always be treated with my feet) the rest of the staff are polite and professional.

Pessimo servizio.
Due ore di attesa, tra coda all'esterno e coda all'interno, per ritirare una raccomandata di cui tempo effettivo di ritiro 5 minuti.
La raccomandata che proveniva da Fidenza l'avrei ritirata in 15minuti direttamente dal mittente. Non un servizio ma un disservizio.

Bad service.
Two hours of waiting, between the queue outside and the queue inside, to collect a registered letter, of which the actual collection time is 5 minutes.
I would have collected the registered letter from Fidenza in 15 minutes directly from the sender. Not a service but a disservice.
