Come cliente trovo inaccettabile che ci siano addetti allo sportello col pubblico dai modi così sgradevoli e con elevata aggressività verbale.
Una stella è anche troppo generosa..esperienza pessima.

As a customer I find it unacceptable that there are counter clerks with the public with such unpleasant ways and with high verbal aggression.
One star is too generous .. bad experience.
