p	plizia72 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ufficio postale in questione è il peggiore di quelli che visito abitualmente nella zona, le file risultano sempre interminabili e poco scorrevoli tant'è che spesso preferisco recarmi a Mentana o Monterotondo che svolgono anche orario pomeridiano e quindi abbracciano quella fascia di utenza che durante la mattinata è occupata. Difatti non capisco perché questo ufficio apre solo nelle ore mattutine sebbene Palombara superi di parecchio i 10000 abitanti. Anche l'invadenza nel proporre prodotti finanziari non richiesti non è stata di mio gradimento specie perché, a mio parere, poste italiane, non ha più quei prodotti allettanti che esistevano nel passato e che facevano guadagnare qualche spicciolo. In ultimo, per motivi di lavoro ho potuto constatare la scarsa preparazione nel gestire pratiche "particolari" al punto che per risolverle è stato più utile e risolutivo il numero verde di poste che la dirigenza dell'ufficio in argomento. In fact, I do not understand why this office opens only in the morning even though Palombara exceeds 10,000 inhabitants by a lot. Even the intrusiveness in proposing unsolicited financial products was not to my liking, especially because, in my opinion, Poste Italiane no longer has those attractive products that existed in the past and that made you earn some change. Finally, for work reasons I was able to see the lack of preparation in managing "particular" practices to the point that the toll-free number of post offices was more useful and decisive to solve them than the management of the office in question.
G	Gianluca Margottini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 18 agosto 2020 arrivato alle 11 e 15, con 3 sportelli aperti ma poi diventano 1 dato che 1 stava con dei clienti da 1 ora e probabilmente era una cosa lunga un'altra nn so che stava facendo e ho chiesto di aprire lo spertello e lei mi risponde che stava a chiudere lo sportello alle 12 e 30 quando io so che chiude alle 14. Sono scappato. La fila creata da loro. Nn organizzati. FATE QUALCOSA. More che devo pagare per aver ricevuto bollette già scadute! Per le raccomandate non provano neanche a citofonare, lasciano il biglietto di destinatario assente (ma ero in casa) e devi prendere permesso a lavoro per andare a ritirare.... Uno schifo! The staff at the counter is also nice, but the postmen who carry the mail even 2 months late! More that I have to pay for having already overdue bills! For registered mail they do not even try to intercom, they leave the recipient's ticket absent (but I was at home) and you have to take leave to work to go and collect .... A suck!

Di una maleducazione inaudita, arroganza da vendere!!!e ogni volta che vado discute con qualcuno in malo modo. Oggi ho assistito al massimo dell'incapacità di lavorare con il pubblico. Ha urlato contro una ragazza e sua figlia perchè la bambina di due anni aveva toccato un foglio "proibito". Ma il modo con cui ha aggredito questa ragazza.... veramente sconcertante dovrebbero licenziarlo !!!!!!!!!!!! This negative review is intended solely for the mail manager. Of an unprecedented rudeness, arrogance to sell !!! and every time I go he argues with someone in a bad way. Today I witnessed the greatest inability to work with the public. He yelled at a girl and her daughter because the two-year-old had touched a "forbidden" paper. But the way he attacked this girl .... really disconcerting they should fire him !!!!!!!!!!!!

Dopo un ora di fila fuori al freddo per spedire un pacco (causa regole covid) ho rinunciato. Chi la gestisce? Paperino? 3 branches open, one of which is committed to the bitter end with the same customer. People who enter without a reservation and skip the line (friends?) After an hour of queuing out in the cold to send a package (due to covid rules) I gave up. Who manages it? Donald Duck?
d	danila desideri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ora e 15 min per una spedizione e avevo solo una persona davanti. Arrivata allo sportello poi in 5 minuti ho fatto e l'addetta è stata gentile e cordiale. Forse è da rivedere l'organizzazione. 1 hour and 15 min for an expedition and I only had one person in front. Arrived at the counter then in 5 minutes I did and the clerk was polite and friendly.
