Ho comprato un paio di occhiali carini a mio figlio e ho anche cambiato le lenti dei miei occhiali rifacendo la visita gratis. Sono molto soddisfatta. Il personale è gentile e competente. I prezzi molto convenienti. Sicuramente ci tornerò! The optics I did not know before was recommended to me by a friend who had found herself well. Sono stata seguita con grande attenzione e professionalità nonostante il grande afflusso di gente. Addirittura prima di fare l'ordine definitivo mi ha controllato ulteriormente la vista gratuitamente poiché sulla prescrizione medica c'era un'incongruenza di cui non mi ero accorta. In mezz'ora ho scelto la montatura e mi hanno montato le lenti, senza bisogno di aspettare e tornare. Entrambi gli ottici sono stati molto cortesi, i prezzi sono davvero competitivi. Consiglierò questo negozio e ci tornerò sicuramente. I bought my eyeglasses today, excellent and fast service. Oggi 21 febbraio chiamo e mi rispondono che avevano chiamato il 21 febbraio ma non avevo risposto. Non si è nemmeno reso conto che il 21 febbraio è oggi. Tra l'altro è falso, non risulta sul mio registro delle chiamate nessuna loro chiamata, posso dimostrarlo in ogni sede. Poi mi ha detto che chiamano una volta sola se il cliente non risponde è un problema suo. Non hanno possibilità di inviare un SMS perché hanno solo il numero fisso. Siamo nel 2020 e non possono usare messaggistica. Gli SMS si inviano anche da computer, forse non sono abbastanza evoluti. Chissà come saranno le mie lenti, probabilmente del secolo scorso. E hanno anche prezzi alti, mica scherzano. Abbastanza più di 300 euro con una montatura da poco più di 100. E ho una sola lente, l'altra è neutra. Sarò fuori città per 15 giorni, andrò a ritirarlo a marzo. Mai più Italiana occhiali Bad experience. I ordered the glasses on Saturday 5th February. They told me they would be ready in about ten days. Today February 21st I call and they answer that they had called on February 21st but I hadn't answered. Then he told me they only call once if the customer doesn't answer it's his problem. They do not have the possibility to send an SMS because they only have the fixed number. And they also have high prices, not joking. Enough more than 300 euros with a frame of just over 100. And I have only one lens, the other is neutral. Ho conosciuto la splendida Maria, che mi ha seguito nella vendita con dedizione e cortesia. Ci sono stata 3 volte (una per ordinare gli occhiali, una per far fare una misurazione a mio marito ed una per ritirare quanto avevo ordinato) e tutte e tre le volte ho ricevuto cortesia e disponibilità. Lo consiglio a tutti! I found this place by chance and when I entered the first thing I noticed was the welcome and harmony of the people who work there. I met the splendid Maria, who followed me in the sale with dedication and courtesy. I have been there 3 times (once to order the glasses, once to have my husband take a measurement and once to collect what I had ordered) and all three times I received courtesy and availability. I recommend it to everybody!
