Purtroppo ho scoperto al conto un costo di € 55,00 per Balayage + tonalizzazione !! troppo caro rispetto ad un colore o taglio che costa solo € 10 o 15. Non mi vedranno più !
Tra l'altro avevo chiesto dei contrasti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al lavatesta mi è stato chiesto se potesse andare bene uno shampoo lisciante. Ho risposto di sì. Mi è stato accreditato un conto di 18 euro anziché 13. Inoltre, mi hanno detto che C'era un malfunzionamento del pos e non ho potuto pagare con carta. Sono stato costretto a prelevare al bancomat e una volta pagato in contanti non mi hanno fornito lo scontrino. Non ci si comporta così. Avete perso un cliente.

Peccato perché l estetista e molto brava .
Prezzi aumentati senza una qualità.
Un vero peccato prima del covid il centro era una bomba .
Chiamo dopo un mese chiedendo se ce sempre la stesa estetista , risposta si perché la gente si trova bene , arrivo un altra estetista .
Una presa in giro totale .
Basta mai più .

Scarsissima qualità e tantissima furbizia!!!!
La parrucchiera A. e la cassiera P. capiscono tara per bara! Oppure è solo questione di furbizia… ho chiesto solo il taglio SENZA piega… la parrucchiera A. ha comunque voluto asciugarmi i capelli con la spazzola facendolo poi figurare come una piega.
La risposta è stata “non possiamo far uscire i clienti con i capelli bagnati.” Però non mi risulta che una semplice “fonatura” sia sinonimo di piega.
Siate più coerenti nel soddisfare le richieste ESPLICITE dei clienti che altrimenti saranno sempre meno!!!!

The hairdresser A. and the cashier P. understand tara for coffin! Or it's just a matter of cunning… I only asked for the cut WITHOUT a crease… the hairdresser A. still wanted to dry my hair with the brush, making it appear as a crease.
The response was "we can't let customers out with wet hair." However, I am not aware that a simple "sounding" is synonymous with fold.
Be more consistent in satisfying the EXPLICIT requests of customers that otherwise will be less and less !!!!
