Quindi grandi professionisti nel settore!!! Ho acquistato il prato da 50 mm e in fase di acquisto mi è stato indicato che con il loro tappeto non c'è bisogno di intaso... Ma eventualmente 5 kg/mq avrebbero anche fatto bene, per cui con 160 mq di prato acquisto 800 kg di sabbia (5 kg/mq). Lamento il fatto che anche con pesi modestissimi (non parliamo di calpestio, ma di poggiare il bastone della scopa) il prato si schiaccia e non si rialza (nonostante abbia intasato addirittura con 12 kg/mq in quanto avevo installato solo una parte di prato.. Meno della metà)... Così dopo infinite richieste, mi comunicano che l'intaso è a discrezione del cliente, ma sul 50 mm si consigliano 25 kg (il 400% in più dei 5 kg che mi hanno consigliato e venduto loro stessi). Alla fine ho deciso che rimuoverò questo prato sintetico, e ovviamente sconsiglio vivamente il prodotto. tranne che vogliate incorniciarlo e appenderlo I can't leave 0 stars unfortunately .. Andrebbe bene se non fosse che non rispondo nemmeno dopo 10 giorni per un semplice prezzo. Richiamando ti dicono sempre che devi mandare email e che risponderanno... Se questo è prevendita...
