★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, zero stelle se non sotto zero e la terza volta che mi danno appuntamento è non si presentano, un comportamento inqualificabile, oggi li vedevo dal mio balcone non sono neanche scesi dal furgoncino e alla mia chiamata per avere delle spiegazioni mi hanno risposto che è un problema mio che voglio chiudere un contatore ed ho scoperto che la squadra intervenuta ha giustificato il mancato intervento dicendo causa cliente ma io ero in casa.
Bad, zero stars if not below zero and the third time they give me an appointment they don't show up, an unspeakable behavior, today I saw them from my balcony they didn't even get out of the van and when I called for explanations they replied that it is my problem that I want to close a counter and I discovered that the intervening team justified the failure by saying customer cause but I was at home.
