★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto una stampante a riparare e mi dicono che per il solo preventivo del tecnico ci vogliono 30€+Iva quindi 36,60€ SOLO PER IL PREVENTIVO, mi fanno aspettare un mese e mi fanno spendere 61 euro per cambiare un pezzo senza il cui non mi possono fare il preventivo, aspetto un altro mese (molto probabilmente il pezzo lo avranno preso dalla Cina) e chiamo e non mi sanno dare risposte, chiamo dopo una settimana e mi dicono che sono rotte le testine che costerebbero quanto alla stampante.
Ora continuano a chiamarmi ogni giorno per i soldi del preventivo che mai gli darò per come si sono comportati.
I take a printer to be repaired and they tell me that for the technician's quote alone it takes € 30 + VAT, therefore € 36.60 FOR THE QUOTE ONLY, they make me wait a month and they make me spend 61 euros to change a piece without which I won't they can give me an estimate, I wait another month (most likely the piece will have been taken from China) and I call and they don't know how to give me answers, I call after a week and they tell me that the printheads that would cost the same as the printer are broken.
Now they keep calling me every day for the budget money that I will never give them for how they behaved.
