Sono stato appena accusato da una ragazza del call center di pretendere troppo quando sono loro stessi che indicando di chiamare se in 48 ore non hai i risultati del tampone. Peccato davvero, buon servizio ma professionalita zero.
They always answer but on the other hand they are quite rude. I was just accused by a call center girl of expecting too much when they are telling them to call if in 48 hours you don't have the swab results. Too bad, good service but zero professionalism.
