★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si capisce perchè sul sito mettano numero telefono.....non rispondono mai e quando una volta sono riuscito a parlare con un'addetta è stata estremamente sbrigativa e poco professionale.
It is not clear why they put a telephone number on the site ..... they never answer and when I once managed to talk to an assistant she was extremely hasty and unprofessional.

E' vero, si risparmia sull'acquisto di un'immobile, ma ti lasciano a te stesso una volta che hai pagato.
Dopo un anno dal decreto di trasferimento, devono ancora restituirmi migliaia di euro e l'immobile risulta ancora occupato abusivamente. Lasciate perdere, cercate un buon agente immobiliare o fate affari in qualche altra maniera.
Questi vi tolgono la salute.

True, you save on the purchase of a property, but they leave you to yourself once you have paid.
One year after the transfer decree, they still have to give me back thousands of euros and the property is still illegally occupied. Forget it, look for a good real estate agent or do business in some other way.
