Cinque anni che non potrei dire nulla di negativo. Nulla che sia davvero importante per non considerarlo uno dei migliori Istituti. E se torno indietro nel tempo, ricordo ancora il primo e i primi giorni! Come si suol dire: il " Buongiorno si vede dal mattino!" Ed io un giorno potrò dire ciò che al termine di un quinquennio, posso ben dire ad alta voce! Grazie a Tutti Voi! Grazie ai docenti che fanno l'Istituzione! Grazie a Voi! Di tutto l'Amore che ci mettete, ogni giorno! UNA. MADRE. I have been praising this Institute for five years! Five years that I praise the merit, commitment and professionalism of the teachers. M	Maria Savino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia scuola oltre ad essere un istituto professionale Alberghiero nasce negli anni 90' (ed è ancora una Succursale di Modugno ci rincresce definirla succursale che dipende da Modugno... perché noi Grumesi vorremmo un Autonomia con un Dirigente , un DGSA, con un ufficio Amministrativo funzionale e sempre presente. .. ) inizialmente il Tommaso Fiore nasce : come Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Statale per: Ragionieri , successivamente per Programmatori Gestionale per aziende . Da qualche anno si sta rilevando un ottima istituzione scolastica per giovani scolari dell'Alberghiero, infatti incrementano iscrizioni e sezioni scolastiche anno dopo anno , Grumo Appula è una cittadina orgogliosa di avere una scuola superiore di secondo grado perché è in grado di dare una formazione scolastica non solo a giovani leve che arrivano dopo la licenza media... è orgogliosa di dare formazione a persone oltre in età che non hanno potuto completare i propri anni di studio.. infatti i corsi serali si sono susseguiti dall'anno 2000 tutt'ora in atto.La nostra istituzione Tommaso Fiore ha ospitato il personale U.T.E. dando disponibilità nelle proprie aule scolastiche per la frequenza in varie discipline universitarie di formazione per la terza età.
