★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle per la professionalità delle operatrici, 1 stella per la responsabile della gestione il cui unico obiettivo sembra quello di infilare più pazienti possibili nel routine giornaliera e incassare. Sono stato visto - non visitato - 2 minuti il primo giorno, poi più niente, malgrado nessun miglioramento. L'unica comunicazione, data dalle operatrici: "Ci vuole tempo e pazienza."
Sono mancato per motivi personali 2 volte, ho chiesto di poter rimandare le sedute e recuperarle. Niente, tutte le sedute perse - e pagate rigorosamente in anticipo..! - sono perse, non c'è stato nulla da fare, il tutto comunicato da una segretaria alla reception che non ha sentito ragioni. La cura del paziente può aspettare.
5 stars for the professionalism of the operators, 1 star for the manager whose only goal seems to be to insert as many patients as possible into the daily routine and collect. I was seen - not visited - 2 minutes the first day, then nothing more, despite no improvement. The only communication, given by the operators: "It takes time and patience."
I passed away for personal reasons 2 times, I asked to be able to postpone the sessions and recover them. Nothing, all missed sessions - and strictly paid in advance ..! - are lost, there was nothing to be done, all communicated by a secretary at the reception who has not heard reasons. Patient care can wait.
