Sul sito scrivono che è possibile effettuare tamponi il sabato presso la sede di Caltanissetta dalle ore 7.30 alle 10.30 cosa assolutamente non vera, il centro era chiuso e sono dovuta tornare indietro! Un viaggio a vuoto! Wrong information! On the website they write that it is possible to swab on Saturday at the Caltanissetta headquarters from 7.30 to 10.30 which is absolutely not true, the center was closed and I had to go back! I	INFINITY_Riky 09 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina sono andata a fare il tampone a mio figlio, era la sua prima volta quindi era impaurito cosa alquanto comprensibile vista la situazione che stiamo vivendo ma purtroppo la sfortuna ha voluto che di turno ci fosse la più cafona, mastina, incompetente e maleducata delle infermiere, ne sconosco il nome e non mi interessa neanche saperlo visto che non mi vedrà mai più posso solo dire che era bionda capelli corti e ricci ?? ha urlato contro il bambino solo perché aveva paura non solo e stata sgarbata nel fare il tampone ma ha urlato pure con me perché volevo stare accanto a mio figlio quando non si ha la pazienza di svolgere certi lavori o si cambia o si sta a casa.. Mi dispiace davvero tanto per il laboratorio in quanto molto all' avanguardia e ben organizzato personale della sicurezza molto competente e posso dire lo stesso dell'infermiere che ha fatto il tampone a mia nipote ma purtroppo per quanto accaduto sta mattina ne io né la mia famiglia metteremo più piede li dentro. Già dalle 7.30 si viene ricevuti da un impiegato distinto, gentile ed elegante che provvede a far entrare (rigorosamente in ordine) i clienti. Una volta entrati nella sala d'attesa, sempre a turno, si viene chiamati dagli impiegati per l'accettazione e, successivamente, compare il proprio numero in un display, per recarsi nelle stanze per il prelievo. I risultati vengono inviati velocemente per email. Consigliato! Ma sarebbe meglio stare tutti quanti in ottima salute e non aver bisogno di analisi :) Although belonging to a category of places where no one would want to go, the courtesy and professionalism of the staff make everything more comfortable.
