★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avevo un appuntamento il il primo di questo mese per farmi una radiografia, mi hanno chiamato per sposatrmi l appuntamento al 9 perche' i macchinari erano guasti, vado il nove ( sabato) alle ore 16,45...chiuso!! guardo nel pc e risulta che il 9 non c erano appuntamenti...chiamo e non risponde nessuno, come si spiega tutto cio'? io non devo pagare per gli errori degli altri
I had an appointment the first of this month to take an x-ray, they called me to marry the appointment at 9 because 'the machines were broken, I go on the nine (Saturday) at 16.45 ... closed! I look in the pc and it turns out that 9 there were no appointments ... I call and no one answers, how do you explain all this? I do not have to pay for the mistakes of others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato una settimana fa con mia moglie per fare una panoramica ai denti. Ho dovuto scegliere questa soluzione (a pagamento) perché la USL non prevedeva appuntamenti a breve termine. Ho trovato personale molto gentile sia alla reception che nel laboratorio. Considerato che io devo pagare il ticket massimo anche i prezzi sono abbordabili. Inoltre ti forniscono sia il CD sia la lastra convenzionale; cosa che alla USL non fanno. Su Empoli sono sicuramente i migliori per questo tipo di analisi.
I was a week ago with my wife to get a dental scan. I had to choose this (paid) solution because the USL did not provide for short-term appointments. I found very nice staff both at the reception and in the laboratory. Considering that I have to pay the maximum ticket, the prices are also affordable. They also provide you with both the CD and the conventional plate; which the USL does not do. On Empoli they are certainly the best for this type of analysis.
