★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza sono ancora in attesa dell esito del tampone "rapido" ,dopo ore e dopo diverse telefonate e solleciti non avevano caricato io mio esito!!!! mi hanno creato diversi problemi.. ho dovuto spostarmi di 30 km per trovare un altra farmacia per rifare il tampone il giorno dopo..e se fossi stato positivo? avrei potuto infettare altre persone con tutte le conseguenze del caso.
Bad experience I am still waiting for the result of the "quick" buffer, after hours and after several phone calls and reminders they had not uploaded my result !!!! I have created several problems .. I had to travel 30 km to find another pharmacy to redo the tampon the next day .. what if I was positive? I could have infected other people with all the consequences of the case.

In attesa dalle 8.30 per consegnare un campione di urine. Siamo ancora in fila.... ancora 8 persone prima.
Uno dei problemi è che non riescono a distinguere tra che deve fare il prelievo e chi deve solo consegnare il campione di urine.
Lentezza stratosferica.
Il servizio di accettazione non è in grado di smaltire la fila ma addirittura rallenta. Lavora in rallentamento... non è in grado di star dietro ai prelievi... tra un prelievo e un altro ci passano anche 10 minuti... vergogna
Bad service.
Waiting from 8.30 to deliver a urine sample. We are still in line .... still 8 people before.
One of the problems is that they cannot distinguish between who has to take the sample and who has only to deliver the urine sample.
Stratospheric slowness.
The acceptance service is not able to clear the queue but it even slows down. It works in slowdown ... it is not able to keep up with the withdrawals ... between one withdrawal and another it takes up to 10 minutes ... shame
