Ho l’apparecchio fisso e sono in vacanza, mi si è sfilato il filo metallico da una guida, ho chiamato e per rimetterlo nella guida (roba da 5 minuti) mi hanno fatto pagare 100€.
Mi sento derubato, assolutamente da evitare.
I called this dental office because I found it on google.
I have a fixed device and I'm on vacation, the metal wire came off a guide, I called and to put it back in the guide (5-minute stuff) they charged me € 100.
I feel robbed, absolutely to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo staff è sempre molto disponibile ed accogliente. Il piano terapeutico viene stabilito insieme al paziente ed i dottori sono sempre attenti durante ogni visita a spiegare cosa andranno a fare passaggio per passaggio.
Lo studio è sempre impeccabile per pulizia e strumentazione, con apparecchiature all'avanguardia.

The staff is always very helpful and welcoming. The therapeutic plan is established together with the patient and the doctors are always careful during each visit to explain what they will go through step by step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale professionale e molto cordiale in tutto e per tutto. Ho Appena svolto il secondo impianto da loro e nessun fastidio doloroso, hanno delle mani di fata. Ultima cosa molto interessante, sopratutto per chi soffre nell'andare dal dentista, la possibilità di chiedere l'anestesia cosciente che ti rilasserà durante tutto il trattamento, da provare in tutti i casi, esperienza unica.
Professional and very friendly staff through and through. I just did the second implant from them and no painful discomfort, they have fairy hands. Last very interesting thing, especially for those who suffer in going to the dentist, the possibility of asking for conscious anesthesia that will relax you throughout the treatment, to be tried in all cases, a unique experience.
