Numeri di telefono fantasma a cui nessuno risponde. Informazioni frammentarie e confuse, totale disorganizzazione. Bella eccellenza, piuttosto solito flop e vergogna della sanità del sud. La vita a volte può sorprenderci e spiazzarci, farci perdere in un colpo tutte le certezze e i punti di riferimento... ed è in un momento in cui siamo sconvolti e disorientati che una guida sicura e di grande umanità può ridarci fiducia nell'affrontare il presente e guardare al futuro. Consiglio a chi si trovi in questo tipo di difficoltà di salute, di affidarsi con fiducia a questa Struttura eccellente sia nelle proprie competenze che nel grande cuore che in ogni momento riesce a dimostrare. Ottaiano che ha in cura una persona a me cara e devo ammettere che è una persona eccellente dal punto di vista professionale ed umano. L'intero staff merita encomio ma dal punto di vista amministrativo ci sono diverse pecche. L'acceso all'accettazione chemio e visite è un'odissea, basterebbe assegnare il numero al momento del triage o permettere a ciascuno di ritirare il suo numero autonomamente per snellire una situazione di stress e calca che si verifica allorquando la responsabile della sicurezza assegna i numeri, rendendo il meccanismo pachidermico e lento Excellent facility.
