Per il resto il personale , la maggior parte straniera , mi ha trattato malissimo durante i 2 mesi di degenza da allettato. Non sanno manovrare un paziente politrauma e nemmeno pulirlo. Di notte non devi disturbarli perché riposano e guai a chiamarli per un esigenza . Ho esposto personalmente una relazione all dott.Grioni direttore della struttura facendo nomi e cognomi di tutte coloro che non sono in grado di fare un lavoro simile sia a livello umano che sanitario . Spero sia cambiato qualcosa sopratutto nei confronti di pazienti anziani e allettati I only congratulate Dr. Conchedda and Sara, the physiotherapist. For the rest, the staff, most of them foreign, treated me very badly during the 2 months of hospitalization as a bedridden. They can't handle a polytrauma patient or even clean him. I personally exposed a report to Dr. Grioni, director of the facility, giving the names and surnames of all those who are unable to do a similar job both on a human and medical level. I hope something has changed especially towards elderly and bedridden patients

Sono entrata praticamente paralizzata, muovevo solo mani e piedi, per il resto ero completamente bloccata e con piaghe da decupido. Devo ringraziare tutto il personale del primo piano, infermiere, assistenti, fisioterapiste (la Federica), il DOTT. Conchedda,, tutti con tanta pazienza e umanità hanno contribuito a rimettermi in piedi. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, ho letto qlc recensione.... cosa si pretende.... un albergo a 5 stelle? Non sarà il massimo ma io e le mie compagne di stanza lo abbiamo mangiato x 80 giorni, non è inferiore a quello di altri ospedali, x cui non c'è da lamentarsi. Tanto meno comprendo le lamentele di chi dice che il personale non era pronto ed efficiente ad intervenire quando si suonava il campanello, se era impegnato con altri pazienti, bisogna avere il buon senso di dare loro il tempo di finire, nonsi può pretendere di avere una persona a disposizione solo x sé stessi. I was hospitalized from April 24 to July 13 for post covid rehabilitation. I entered practically paralyzed, I only moved my hands and feet, for the rest I was completely blocked and with decupid sores. I have to thank all the staff on the first floor, nurses, assistants, physiotherapists (Federica), DR. Conchedda ,, all with a lot of patience and humanity helped to get me back on my feet. As for the food, I read some review .... what do you expect .... a 5 star hotel? It will not be the best but my roommates and I ate it for 80 days, it is not inferior to that of other hospitals, x which there is no complain. Much less do I understand the complaints of those who say that the staff was not ready and efficient to intervene when the doorbell rang, if they were busy with other patients, you must have the common sense to give them time to finish, you cannot expect to have a person available only for themselves. Settimana prossima la porto a casa visto che li non è contenta, continua a chiedere di portarla a casa perché ci sono 2 infermiere che la trattano male, già segnalate. My 97-year-old mother-in-law tied to the bed, it's a rehabilitation that I don't agree with, after being operated on a hip for a fall, now she wants to come home, after 30 days she still can't eat. Next week I take her home as she is not happy there, she keeps asking to take her home because there are 2 nurses who treat her badly, already reported.
A	Alberto Campitelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buono solo per la fisioterapia ma pessimo per il personale infermieristico, che non assiste adeguatamente i non autosufficienti, medici non informati delle reali condizioni di salute, difficoltà di comunicazione con i familiari sia negli orari previsti sia al fuori, visite impossibili al sabato e giorni festivi (assai brevi durante la settimana), in sintesi: pazienti parcheggiati nel letto senza nessun affetto. Good only for physiotherapy but bad for the nursing staff, who do not adequately assist the non self-sufficient, doctors not informed of the real health conditions, difficulties in communicating with family members both at scheduled times and outside, impossible visits on Saturdays and holidays (very short during the week), in summary: patients parked in bed without any affection.

Dopo un mese me l’hanno dimessa dicendo che mia nonna non è recuperabile, non sta in piedi. La porto a casa, scopro che ha una brutta cistite, mi domando ma in struttura in un mese cosa le hanno fatto????? È uscita peggio di prima. Bruttissima esperienza. Mai più. Facevo prima a tenermela a casa e farle fare fisioterapia da casa! Never again. Shameful. My grandmother came in following a broken femur. After a month they discharged it to me saying that my grandmother is not recoverable, she can't stand up. I take her home, I discover that she has bad cystitis, I wonder but what did they do to her in the structure in a month ????? She came out worse than before. Very bad experience. Never again. Before, I used to keep her at home and have her undergo physiotherapy from home!
Z	Zakaria Sehail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma giuro che è perfetto, personale eccellente e gentile, credetemi, gli infermieri sono troppo disponibili, tutti i dipendenti sanitari sono figure perfettamente preparate, personalmente sono stato bene, molto bene. Per quanto riguarda la riabilitazione in se, non ci sono dubbi, sul territorio mantovano/ bresciano è senza dubbio il migliore. Io venivo da una situazione clinica piuttosto complicata, mi hanno rimesso perfettamente in pochissimo, fisioterapisti, neuropsicologa e logopedista, in più la mensa è eccellente, non ho mai mangiato alcune cose in vita mia e ho iniziato a mangiarle grazie alla mensa. Troppo perfetto, giuro. But I swear it's perfect, excellent and kind staff, believe me, the nurses are too helpful, all the health workers are perfectly trained figures, personally I was fine, very well. As for the rehabilitation itself, there is no doubt, in the Mantua / Brescia area it is undoubtedly the best. I came from a rather complicated clinical situation, they recovered me perfectly in very little, physiotherapists, neuropsychologist and speech therapist, plus the canteen is excellent, I have never eaten some things in my life and I started eating them thanks to the canteen. Too perfect, I swear.
