Y	Ylenia Mandolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita prenotata 2 settimane prima, mi si ferma la macchina e attendo il carroattrezzi e avviso che ritardo...mi dicono ok e arrivo con un traffico bestiale con il bambino che deve essere visitato e mi silurano dicendo che il dottore non mi visita più perché è impegnato...parliamo di 20 minuti di ritardo quando loro la volta scorsa mi hanno fatto attendere 30 minuti prima di entrare in visita. Esperienza pessima Visit booked 2 weeks before, my car stops and I wait for the tow truck and I notice that I am late ... they tell me ok and I arrive with a beastly traffic with the child who needs to be examined and they torpedo me saying that the doctor does not visit me anymore because he is busy ... we are talking about 20 minutes late when last time they made me wait 30 minutes before coming in to visit. Bad experience

Molte delle macchine sono guaste da tempo senza possibilità di ripristino immediato. Incredibile che non ci sia una manutenzione continua con livelli di servizio adeguati. Molto deluso. Great professionals, state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment, but very bad administrative management. Many of the machines have been out of order for some time with no possibility of immediate recovery. Incredible that there is no ongoing maintenance with adequate service levels. Very disappointed.

Chiamo, prenoto, vengo per la visita, riempio un modulo in cui dichiaro di aver avuto il covid e mi dicono che se ho avuto il covid non posso farla. Devo seguire un altro protocollo che chissà quando posso prenotare. tutto questo perché PER LA PRIVACY al telefono non possono chiedermi se ho avuto il covid. Ora io ho preso mezza giornata al lavoro, sono venuto fin qui e non ho risolto nulla. Sta gente deve andare in galera. #coni CONI Then. I have to get a medical certificate to go to the gym. I call, I book, I come for the visit, I fill out a form in which I declare that I have had the covid and they tell me that if I have had the covid I cannot do it. I have to follow another protocol that who knows when I can book. all this because FOR THE PRIVACY on the phone they cannot ask me if I had the covid. Ho dubbi sulla attendibilità. Bad center for issuing sports fitness certification. The certificate was sent to me wrong after several requests. I have doubts about the reliability.

Ho anche dovuto scapicollarmi per arrivare puntuale e ritardato ad un appuntamento successivo e il medico non si è nemmeno scusato Bad appointment management 45 minutes of waiting for an EKG I was out after 5 minutes. I also had to freak out to be on time and late for a later appointment and the doctor didn't even apologize

Dovevo fare un certificato non agonistico per la palestra , prenoto 10 giorni prima e prendo un permesso al lavoro, arrivato in sede mi fanno compilare un foglio dove dovevo dichiarare di non aver avuto il Covid-19 , io dichiaro la verità , di averlo avuto 6 mesi prima in forma asintomatica; da lì il panico , mi dicono di non potermi fare una visita standard perché per un vuoto normativo non esiste una procedura per emettere un certificato ai non agonisti e che quindi son costretti a farmi una visita da agonista al prezzo di 170€ (da 30 che dovrebbe costare un certificato medico non agonistico) e che comunque non avrei potuto fare quel giorno perché non avevano il medico apposito. Mi hanno fatto comunque pagare l’elettrocardiogramma ormai già fatto al prezzo di 35€ (già scontato ed inutile per la palestra). Capisco tutto , se quella è la procedura va benissimo , ma al telefono va chiesto come prima domanda se si è stati affetti da covid se per voi è una “conditio sine qua non” per accedere al certificato , in più visto l’errore vostro non vedo perché far pagare l’elettrocardiogramma allo stesso prezzo del certificato. Potevo evitare la recensione se non fosse che i soggetti con cui mi sono interfacciato si son dimostrati poco disponibili e mi han fatto sentire come un appestato. Giornata buttata , 35 euro buttate e un confronto con dei soggetti non adatti a stare al pubblico. Bad experience. I had to get a non-competitive certificate for the gym, I book 10 days before and take a leave to work, when I arrive at the office they make me fill out a sheet where I had to declare that I did not have Covid-19, I declare the truth, that I had 6 months earlier in asymptomatic form; from there the panic, they tell me they can not make a standard visit because due to a regulatory vacuum there is no procedure for issuing a certificate to non-competitive players and therefore they are forced to pay me a visit as a competitor at the price of 170 € (from 30 which it should cost a non-competitive medical certificate) and that in any case I could not have done that day because they did not have the appropriate doctor. However, they made me pay for the electrocardiogram already done at the price of € 35 (already discounted and useless for the gym). I understand everything, if that is the procedure it is fine, but the first question on the phone should be asked if you have been affected by covid if it is a "sine qua non" for you to access the certificate, moreover, given your mistake, I don't see why to charge the electrocardiogram at the same price as the certificate. I could have avoided the review if it weren't for the fact that the subjects with whom I interfaced were not very available and made me feel like a plague. Day thrown away, 35 euros thrown away and a confrontation with subjects not suitable for being with the public.

Poi però la refertazione non arriva, e si trincerano dietro la scusa del "sovraccarico di lavoro" e non "facciamo internamente l'analisi". La sempre cortessima operatrice offre come unica soluzione il controllo frequente della mail. E mi sono rivolta al privato sperando di ricevere prima la risposta... evitateli. Sono andata a fare una visita cardiologica con ecocardiogramma più che una visita mi è sembrata una maratona, il medico non mi ha dato nemmeno il tempo di spiegare perché avevo bisogno di quella visita tutto di corsa Prima mi ha fatto fare l'ecocardiogramma in una stanza che tra l'altro era già occupata da un'altra dottoressa poi di corsa vestirsi andare in un'altra stanza nemmeno due secondi per spiegargli la mia situazione guardava in continuazione l'orologio perché evidentemente aveva fretta di andare la visita diciamo che durata 10 minuti però si fanno pagare bene!! Professionalità pari a zero mi sono trovata meglio in altri studi medici molto più economici, questa volta ho preferito andare lì perché pensavo fossero più esperti e più specializzati ma è solo il nome, sicuramente non ci ritornerò più! Bad, zero professionalism !!
