A	Andrea Venturelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho regalato alla mia ragazza una smartbox dove era possibile prenotare un trattamento in questo centro e dove ovviamente lei non conosceva il valore.Le viene proposto di fare un trattamento unghie semigel per due volte consecutive aggiungendo solamente 5 euro per volta quindi in totale 10 euro.La prima volta tutto ok ambiente pulito e ragazza brava.La seconda volta,prenota per telefono per godere del trattamento come concordato la prima volta le viene fissato l’appuntamento e ricordato che era compreso nella smartbox già scaricata da loro al primo trattamento.Arriva al centro e svolgono il trattamento concordato,dopo e solo DOPO il trattamento la ragazza chiama la sua responsabile perché forse dicevano che c’era qualche problema,e la responsabile che ,già all’ingresso prima del trattamento poteva avvisare del disguido dice che la smartbox comprendeva una sola volta e non due come loro avevano detto e concordato e la invita a pagare.Lei ovviamente ha pagato ma mi sembra non corretto raggirare la gente con informazioni false.Perdippiù facendola sembrare in torto dopo gli accordi presi e ripetuti da più collaboratrici loro e più volte rimarcati per accertarsi la sicurezza del trattamento.Se avvisavano telefonicamente o prima del trattamento del disguido non si sarebbero creati problemi. Anche la pulizia del viso e i trattamenti siepe consigliati. Per le manicure solitamente faccio io semipermanente che dura perfetto più sì 3 settimane. L’epilazione laser non fa male per nulla ed è super efficace anche dopo poche sedute. Certo estetico super consigliato! ? Friendly, helpful and very competent staff. Since I started the treatments I have seen amazing results physically. Also recommended facial cleansing and hedge treatments. For manicures, I usually do a semi-permanent one that lasts perfect more than 3 weeks. Laser hair removal does not hurt at all and is super effective even after a few sessions.
