β β β β β Ho insegnato in questa scuola 2 mesi come prof. di sostegno.. un'esperienza a dir poco orribile. Io ero alla prima esperienza di insegnamento, la classe aveva molti elementi di disturbo, mi sono trovato a sostituire spesso la docente di lettere che si assentava per settimane intere.. non ho ricevuto alcun sostegno dalla dirigenza o dai colleghi, che anzi mi hanno attaccato durante i consigli di classe. Addirittura la dirigente mi ha testualmente detto: "Se non le piace insegnare Γ¨ ancora giovane, cambi pure lavoro". Insegnare in queste condizioni Γ¨ spaventoso, traete voi le conclusioni..
P.S. da dicembre 2015 insegno in una scuola diversa, in un clima piΓΉ sereno, dove la dirigente e il vicepreside cercano di aiutarti, invece che darti addosso sostenendo SOLO le ragioni dei genitori.
 I taught 2 months in this school as a prof. of support .. an experience to say the least horrible. I was at the first teaching experience, the class had many elements of disturbance, I found myself often replacing the teacher of letters who was absent for whole weeks .. I did not receive any support from the management or colleagues, who indeed attacked me during class councils. Even the manager said to me: "If she does not like teaching, she is still young, change work as well". Teaching in these conditions is scary, you draw conclusions ..
P.S. since December 2015 I have been teaching in a different school, in a more serene atmosphere, where the manager and the vice-principal are trying to help you, instead of leaning on you, ONLY supporting the parents' reasons.
