I give 1 star because it cannot be given 0 ... I state that my review refers to the organization of the comprehensive school with enrollments to the nursery school ... what can I say? I register my daughter in kindergarten in September x September ... average score, but I commit the "serious" crime of scoring her at a reduced time. The paintings come out in June and my daughter is on the waiting list, because out of 7 registration requests only 2 are taken !!! I call the secretariat x to ask if it was possible to move it full time, x not to make her lose a year and they tell me to send an email to the principal (talking to us was not possible since she was busy with the exams ... at the beginning of June ???). Weeks go by, I forward the email several times, no answer, I call but the answer is always the same "the principal is busy, write an email" ... July and August obviously closed school therefore no answer. At the end of August I take a day off and I go to the secretariat with my wife (she a native of the country, I from Rome), with the utmost education I enter and find the Ata staff to welcome us "What vats to do?" "I would like to speak to the principal to find a solution for my daughter, to see if there is room for full time" "Why didn't they catch you? Low score?" I "no, and that we marked it at the reduced time and ..." Without even letting me finish talking "and mo what would you like in August? Now the classes are done, touches you the tonic home ..." I, thrilled with a similar answer given by those who should take care of anything else in the school, replies "but I have written to the principal since June and she has never replied ... is it possible that nothing can be done ??" "Nun is no one, we'll tell you, he's out now" When I start to get nervous "sorry, maybe I haven't explained myself, can I speak with someone to take the place of the principal?" And in chorus the janitors "it is your wife's fault, she is from Gallicano, she knows how it works here ...." At which comes a teacher who, hearing the discussion, proposes to me to print my badly sent, in order to get back to me as soon as possible by the principal from a few days ... I print the email and after 1 day I receive the protocol receipt by email, practically the school had taken charge of my request and would contact me shortly. Obviously I am still waiting for them to call me ... to make a long story short I go to a nearby town the following week (one week after school), in an hour and a half my daughter was enrolled in school !!!!!!! At that point I only needed the go-ahead from the Gallican school .... I call the answering machine and inevitably the same teacher who had registered the letter answered me To my request to have a cleared written problems immediately "we have to wait for the principal ..... we have to see .... then risks losing the place permanently ......" in short, the cleared has not yet arrived, but luckily from the other school they managed to sort things out electronically .... What to say? It sucks! school manager is never there or is always busy (from June to September he has never been able to speak to us and never received an answer to my emails) and there is nobody in the school to take his place in his absence (or at least there is no is no one who takes responsibility for giving an answer in his place) The grumpy ATA staff only, at my request for an interview with the DS or someone for you for a request concerning my daughter, to answer "nothing can be done now, the fault of the problem lies with his wife who marked the child in the morning, because in Gallicano we know that we only take full time ....
