Io stesso mi sono recato qui a prelevare frutta e pane in eccesso che i bambini non consumano e che hanno rappresentato per i gestori del Centro un utile apporto di materia prima. Quintali di frutta e pane ogni mese. La direttrice del Centro, Toga Rossa, lo sa che quasi tutto il pane importato dall' Istituto, viene fatto ammuffire in sacchi di plastica
