interno accogliente e pulitissimo: il bancone divide in due la parte visibile dell'esercizio, sullo sfondo l'enorme forno a legna in muratura, nella parte accessibile al pubblico un fornitissimo frigorifero e 6-8 coperti.
il personale indossa divise bianche, il padrone (forse il padre dei ragazzi) è dedicato alla cottura dei panini.
sullo spiedo si cuoce il döner con cui farciscono i panini, al punto che quasi chiedo di smettere perché sono giganti! il gusto è anni luce avanti di ogni kebab assaggiato in 46 anni, sono davvero bravi, cordiali e accoglienti. ho visto a listino l'ayran, bevanda turca (ma si beve in tutto il Medio Oriente) davvero particolare. complimenti!!!

cozy and very clean interior: the counter divides the visible part of the shop in two, in the background the huge brick wood-burning oven, in the part accessible to the public a well-stocked refrigerator and 6-8 place settings.
the staff wears white uniforms, the owner (perhaps the father of the boys) is dedicated to cooking sandwiches.
the doner with which they fill the sandwiches is cooked on the spit, to the point that I almost ask to stop because they are giants! the taste is light years ahead of every kebab tasted in 46 years, they are really good, friendly and welcoming. I saw Ayran, a very special Turkish drink (but it is drunk all over the Middle East) on the list. compliments!!!
